We have a lot of Employee Benefits at Zappos.com, but who would have guessed we would get free Golf Cart rides out of the cereal in the Cafeteria?

this has nothing to do with lay offs. its organization culture. why do you think ppl at zappos stick around for years? they love it. SWA, Zappos, Google..you do it right! rock on.
